SUPERVISED VISITATION
The contact between a noncustodial parent (NCP) and one or more children in the presence of a neutral third person responsible for observing and seeking to ensure safety and happiness of those involved.
INTAKE
Before the first supervised visit both parents the (CP) custodial parent and the (NCP) non-custodial parent will provide the monitor with all the current court documents relevant to the order. Once all the documents are reviewed, the monitor will meet with each parent separately to go over all the terms and conditions. Fees and schedules will be determined at this time.
SUPERVISED OFF-SITE EXCHANGES
Supervision of a transfer of the child from one parent to another. Precautions are in place to assure that the both parents or other individuals exchanging the child do not come in contact with each other.
COURT APPEARANCE
If either parent would like the monitor to appear in court to give testimony of the observed visits. The parent will have to give the monitor notice to prepare and a daily flat rate fee will apply.
TELEPHONE & VIDEO MONITORING
We provide Telephone & Video Monitoring between the parent and the child(ren) is available. This is another way to help keep the child feeling safe and comfortable while connecting and promoting with the parent through three-way calling.
REPORTS FOR PARENTS, ATTORNEY’S OR COURT
Reports are available upon a verbal or written request by the parent or attorney requesting a report. A Summary Report consists of a list of visitation dates/times/locations/only. A Detailed Report with a list of visitation dates/times/locations and brief specific details of each visit is available upon request.
OVERNIGHT VISITATION/OTHER PARENT SUPPORT SERVICES
Overnight visitation may be available at a special rate. Please inquire.
